I have been an exercise specialist for over 20 years in the Dover District working with Cardiac and pulmonary patients. I also work with people who have had strokes or other long term health problems including diabetes, auto immune diseases, muscular and skeletal or mental health challenges.
I have also provided Massage Therapy alongside exercise ...... promoting a healthy maintenance programme for your body and mind.....whether it's a gentle, relaxing, pampering massage, a rejuvenating massage or a deep therapeutic massage.
I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in improving people’s health and wellbeing. I assist clients to achieve smart goals and educate them to improve their health. Assessing individual lifestyle, physical activity and eating habits to build a plan that best suits their needs.
I set up my website and ZOOM sessions online in March 2020, targeting my devoted attendees from local leisure centres and community settings, it’ s been over 4 years now and we have become stronger together. We have supported each other.
I will do my very best to assist and enable you all to come out 'the other side' fitter & stronger.
I can help you to combat any loneliness or depression and perhaps simple boredom!!
